To endeavor to secure and enlist as members of this corporation those police officers, active or retired, either living or working in the Town of Warwick, Orange County, New York to provide mutual advancement in the best interest of member police officers.
 

To promote good feeling and fellowship among its mem­bers.
 

To promote the welfare of its members by fostering and encouraging it though friendly and fraternal cooperation in united effort and to devise ways and means for improving national, state and municipal legislation in improving methods of the administration of justice and the enforcement of law.
 

To sponsor events of an educational nature for purposes of promoting awareness of issues involving the health, welfare and safety of the community.
 

To engage in fund raising activities designed to promote the not-for-profit objectives of the corporation.  

To engage in certain charitable work of the limited nature.
 

To do any other act or things incident to, or connected with, the foregoing purposes, or in advancement thereof, but not for the pecuniary profit or financial gain of its members, directors, or officers, except as permitted under Article 5 of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law.
